I am just so excited for the future of PPP. I really am. I wrote a couple of fat checks to Casa Hogar Orphanage and I feel so overwhelmed with excitement that God is using me and my customers to bless abandoned children. I've never been in any type of financial situation to be of consistent help to others in need...It is so fun to look back to even last year and see how far God has taken PPP. I feel so empowered by his guiding spirit and I trust that the roads ahead are going to be more exciting and unusual than I could even dream up.... whats so cool is that I share this victory with all of you. I know the feeling myself, because we just recently got a pair of Toms shoes for McCoys bday from Donnies Gram. The thing with Toms shoes is that for every pair of shoes you buy they donate one pair to a child in need. Well I can tell you that those shoes have much more value to me because of that obviouslly and I feel so good about buying her lots of Toms in the future. So whats great about you loving PPP is that you get a a one of kind item that makes you feel like YOU and I get to do what I love to do from home while raising my daughter and the oprhans get 10% of it all.... and God... well he gets all the glory.. thats what he gets... because its soooooooooooo awesome. Can you tell I love my job?
So... this week I finalize all the Fall patterns and samples.. and start the fall line sheets and get those sent out. Also a good friend hooked me up with Goodwill who finds work for people with special needs and rehabbed individuals that need small projects to complete like.... cutting squares for example.
Isn't God just like WOW???????? He has taken a thorn in my side, "cutting squares" and is going to use it to be a blessing to people who need work.. and I on the other hand will have TONS of more time to do what I love doing which is designing and sewing and getting PPP out there into the nooks and crannies of the world....and being a Mama and Wifey.
So fun. and nope... no hints on Fall items, other than that they will be amazing... and put it this way... I want to wear them even in the blazing Texas summer heat.
You guys are the best, Love....
